The house is located in Collecorvino, province of Pescara, and it is situated just one mile out of town, on a nice hill.
The house is very comfortable and corresponds completely to your wish of a vacation into a splendid green landscape surrounded by olive-groves and vineyards. The distance to reach the coast (sandy beach) is about 15 miles and 20 miles to the high mountain Apennine of Abruzzi. The distance to Rome is of about 2 hours by car. From Pescara there’s a line of daily bus up to Rome downtown. The house is “unfamiliar”, with about 120 mqs of residential surface on two floors with a balcony in ground floor, a garage and a carport, surrounded by a fenced garden (around 600 mqs). The house offers enough space for max. 10 people. There’s a room for lunch with Sat TV and a fireplace in wood and modern kitchen. A staircase inside salt for the department night in the superior floor. Here there are two large bedrooms with double beds, a small room with two single beds, the bath (with the bathtub and washer machine), and besides a balcony with panoramic sight. All the rooms have central heating. (October – April).

Etwas erhöht und abseits der Landstrasse gelegen, liegt Ihr Feriendomizil der besonderen Art, das Ferienhaus Trignani. Unser Ferienhaus ist ein freistehendes Einfamilienhaus, ca. 120 qm Wohnfläche auf zwei Wohnebenen mit überdachter Eingangsterrasse, Carport und einem 600 qm großen, eingezäunten Garten mit Mini-Spielplatz und Spielwiese. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für max. 10 Personen und besteht im unteren Wohnbereich aus einem Wohn- Esszimmer mit TV/SAT-Ecke und einem offenem Holzkamin. Im Tagesbereich befinden sich des Weiteren eine voll eingerichtete Einbauküche, ein Abstellraum, sowie die Innentreppe für den oberen Nachtbereich. Hier befinden sich zwei große Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Doppelbetten ausgestattet, ein Dreibettzimmer, ein Einzelzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne/ Dusche, sowie eine große Aussichtsterrasse, ideal zum Sonnenbad. (Terassensolarium). Die Räume werden von Oktober bis April mit einer Zentralheizung (Holz) beheizt. Alle unsere Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet.
Das Haus ist gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet und entspricht vollkommen Ihrer Erwartung einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub inmitten einer herrlich grünen Landschaft, umgeben von Olivenhainen und Weinbergen, zu verbringen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich 1,5 km außerhalb der Ortschaft Collecorvino und ist somit auch unweit zum Meer, (Sandstrände endlang der Küste, Entfernung 17 km)und zum Hochgebirge des Apennins (ca. 50 km) gelegen. (Wintersportgebiete Appennino Abruzzese). Die Ortschaft Collecorvino (Provinz Pescara) bietet eine gute Infrastruktur mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kultur- und Freizeitangeboten. Veranstaltungskalender, Im Hausnebengebäude befindet sich ein Gäste WC mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, sowie ein Unterstellraum für Gartenmöbel und Fahrräder. Casa Trignani
La casa si trova nel comune di Collecorvino, in provincia di Pescara, ed è situata appena al di fuori, su una collina.
La casa è comoda e confortevole, e corrisponde completamente alla sua richiesta per passare una vacanza tranquilla in mezzo ad un splendido verdeggiante paesaggio circondato di oliveti e vigne. La distanza per raggiungere la costa (spiaggia sabbiosa) è di 20 km ed all’alta montagna Appennino Abruzzese, circa. 30 km. La distanza per Roma è di circa 2 ore in macchina. Da Pescara esiste una linea di autobus giornalieri fino al centro di Roma.
La casa è unifamiliare, con circa 120 mq di superficie residenziale su due piani con un terrazzo in pianterreno, un garage ed un carport, circondato da un giardino recintato (circa 600 mq).
La casa offre posto sufficiente per un massimo di 10 persone ed è composta da una sala da pranzo con l’angolo di TV (satellitari) con un camino in legno, ed una cucina componibile. Una scala interna sale per il reparto notte nel piano superiore. Qui si trovano due camere da letto grandi con letti matrimoniali, una cameretta con due letti singoli, il bagno (con la vasca da bagno e lavatrice), ed inoltre un terrazzo con vista panoramica, ideale per un bagno al sole. Tutte le stanze possiedono un impianto di riscaldamento.
